I spit on your graveI Spit on Your Grave (1978)
Directed by Meir Zarchi
Starring Camille Keaton, Eron Tabor and Richard Pace

Banned for a long time because of the graphic rape scenes that were explicit and taboo for the time, I Spit on Your Grave has now become a cult classic in the rape revenge genre.

Camille Keaton plays a city woman vacationing in a sleepy backwater town who attracts the unwanted attentions of some horny local boys. One day they chase and surround her before the leader rips off her bikini and pins her to the ground. The others hold her down for the virgin of the group to pop his cherry, but he doesn’t want to and the leader ends up climbing on top of her struggling body and fucking her, ignoring her angry cries for him to stop.

The movie was updated and remade in 2010 with Sarah Butler in the starring role. You can see the rape scenes from that movie here.

Woman tied and raped in ‘The Howling (1981)’

The HowlingThe Howling (1981)
Directed by Joe Dante
Starring Dee Wallace, Patrick Macnee and Dennis Dugan

At the beginning of ‘The Howling’ the female lead is in a cinema watching a film which contains a rape scene. We only see a couple of seconds of this scene before the shot cuts away, but the director actually filmed three minutes of the rape and the rest ended up on the cutting room floor.

This footage has since been rescued and is available to watch below. There is no sound because the director didn’t bother to record any, knowing they’d just use a few seconds in the cinema scene.

Anyway, here’s the scene in full as two guys tie a girl to a bed, pull off her clothes and rape her.
